Section 1 — Definitions and Introduction

The following words and terms carry specific meanings in these terms and conditions:

  • "Platform" — The d8bsc website (https://d8bsc.cam) and its associated mobile applications and services.
  • "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on and/or uses the platform.
  • "d8bsc" or "We" — The operating authority of this platform.
  • "Account" — The personal profile created through registration on the platform.
  • "Bet" or "Wager" — Any financial stake or risk-based activity placed on the platform.
  • "Wallet" — The virtual balance linked to your account.
  • "Bonus" — Any promotional benefit, credit, or complimentary opportunity provided by d8bsc.

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable laws in Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute, both parties will attempt to resolve it through discussion.

Section 2 — Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility

To use the d8bsc platform, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
  • You may hold only one account in your own name.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
  • You are legally able to use this service and are not on any prohibited list.

Warning: Registering with false information will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Process

When opening an account, you must provide a valid email address, phone number, and your real name. d8bsc reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) and may request additional documents when necessary.

Opening multiple accounts using the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited.

Section 3 — Account Security

The security of your account is your own responsibility. Keep your password private and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

  • Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
  • It is advised not to log in using public Wi-Fi.
  • Change your password regularly and use a strong password.
  • Using or managing another person's account is strictly prohibited.

Section 4 — Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at d8bsc: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

  • Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (per method)
  • You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
  • Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
  • d8bsc reserves the right to verify deposit amounts.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before making a withdrawal.

  • Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
  • Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually completed within 1 hour.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds obtained from bonuses.
  • d8bsc reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending review in cases of suspicious activity.
  • The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.

Section 5 — Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

d8bsc offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

  • Bonus Wagering Requirement: 10x (deposit amount + bonus).
  • The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of bonus activation.
  • The bonus applies once only and cannot be combined with other offers.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

The following general policy applies to all bonuses and promotional offers:

  • d8bsc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
  • Misuse or fraudulent use of bonuses may result in account closure and bonus forfeiture.
  • Multiple people from the same household or the same device may not claim bonuses.
  • For cashback bonuses, the weekly rate is determined by VIP tier (Bronze: 0.3%, Silver: 0.5%, Gold: 0.8%).

Section 6 — Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed for all betting activities on the d8bsc platform:

  • A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a bet is affected by a technical issue or disconnection, the data recorded in the d8bsc system will be considered final.
  • Odds in live betting may change in real time.
  • Maximum bet limits may apply to certain events.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following applies when betting on various sports including cricket, football, rugby, and kabaddi:

  • If a match is cancelled or rescheduled, bets may be refunded — specific event rules apply.
  • Betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and FIFA events is governed by the specific tournament rules.
  • Bets will be settled based on official results.

6.3 Casino Games

d8bsc's casino section offers slots, live casino, fishing games, and other games. Each game has its own rules which are shown when the game loads. If a system error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, d8bsc reserves the right to void that bet.

Section 7 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the d8bsc platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

  • Playing games using fraud, hacking, or any automated software (bots).
  • Operating multiple accounts with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Gaining unfair advantages through collaboration or arrangements with other users.
  • Attempting to profit by exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
  • Registering using a false identity or another person's documents.
  • Harassing or engaging in harmful conduct toward other users on the platform.

Important: If d8bsc detects suspicious activity, it reserves the right to suspend the account and transactions until an investigation is completed.

d8bsc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
  • If fraud or illegal activity is detected.
  • If money laundering is suspected.
  • In the event of failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false documents.
  • If there is a risk of harm to the platform's security or to other users.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time. In this case:

  • All bonus balances will be cancelled.
  • Cash balances that have met wagering requirements are withdrawable.
